Haven't seen a thread on here like this yet, so I'll start one. What's your favorite recipe? I'm always looking for new ideas and I figure this is a good way to generate one. So far my favorite is a Summer Blonde I just made from altering my favorite APA recipe, and looks like this:
6 Pounds Extra Light DME
8 oz Crystal Malt 10L
1 Oz Northern Brewers Hops (60 min)
1 Oz Willamette Hops (5 min)
Wyeast American Ale Yeast
The APA is definately my second favorite and simply brings the Crystal Malt to a pound, ups both hops to 1.5 oz and uses Pale LME instead of XL.
