As long as you stick with US faucets and shanks, yes. European are different.

Thank you. I received a couple of faucets with a used TRUE kegerator that I just picked up and it seemed like the tower's shank is designed to work with the no-name rear sealing faucet. It has a flow control that mates up with the shank. I plan to replace the faucet with a new Perlick 630SS faucet that doesn't have a flow control and intend to re-use the shank.
