Average probably £2.50

From £1.90 up to £3.00

I probably have 100s of places like that to choose from within 5 - 40 minutes.

Taste? mmmm.... went down very quick. It was fine to say the least.
 
That's just mean. The only bar within 10 minutes of my house is a dive I wouldn't hold a cockroach fight in!
 
it's funny how even with the dollar getting hammered overseas, we're still paying about five bucks a decent pint here in the states.

there's a brewpub ten minutes from me with a beer engine they tap every thursday, so you can have semi-real ale here. :D
