I have 4 gallons of cider coming up to 3 weeks in primary and I’d like to cold crash in keg tomorrow. I’d like it to be a bit more apple flavor and sweet. Question is, can I just add 2 cans of fajc right into the keg and add the cider after? I assume since I’m cold crashing in a keg I won’t need k sorb or anything?
