There is a really great Belgian Tripel recipe I used to brew with extract, 8.5 lbs of extra light DME to be exact and I want to do an all grain batch with the same recipe now. Does anyone know how many pounds of grain I should use?
Should I use a mix of belgian pilsner and pale malts? At what ratio?
