Extract stout recipe siggestions

Looking for a milk stout recipe that is highly drnkable, smooth, chocolate, very light on coffee taste if any. Trying to convince a non dark beer drinker.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think i am goinh to brew that extract deception milk stout. Maybe modify it a titch. Add a little more lactose, decrease the roasted a bit and increase the chocolate.

Use light extract. They won't expect it to be a stout. The color doesn't matter if it's in a bottle too. I did the same thing to my brother.
