This Wednesday(5/08) I will be conducting a class on basic beer brewing with extract. The goal of this class is to introduce people with little/no experience to the hobby of home brewing.
I intend to go over sanitation and basic science needed to help someone start brewing(OG/FG, ABV, IBUs). As I said this will be based on an extract recipe to help lower the initial equipment costs and time commitment of someone just starting out.
I imagine most HBTers will already understand everything I will cover but if you're in the area and want to meet up, or have a friend who's been nagging you to teach them to brew swing on by!
