Going to the beach with family. Most of them enjoy some craft beer so to be on the safe side, I scaled down my Pale Ale recipe for a bit lighter of a beer for a nice summer day.

10g Batch

15lbs of 2row
2lbs Vienna
.5lbs of Crystal 20

2oz Cascade @ 60
1oz Cascade @ 30
1oz Cascade @ Flame out.

WLP001 Cali ale yeast

Ferment @ 62 for two weeks.

28 IBU
SRM 3.6
OG 1.044
FG 1.010

What do you guys think?

Looks pretty solid. Recently I have been throwing a lower single bittering charge at 60 mins (about 40%-60% of the IBUS) and really throwing a lot of late hops in my pale ales for the rest of the IBUs. This is giving enough bitterness to balance but a real solid hop flavor throughout. Depends on what you are going for though. Can't go wrong with all cascade in a pale ale!
