Electric Brew Heater

Anybody familiar with this product?

I'm no electrician, so I don't want to rig one up myself, and I'm in Canada, so I know there are cheaper models out there, but I usually have to pay premium in Ontario.

Can it (or multiple sticks) boil 7.5 gallons of wort?

How do you clean such a product? Any special considerations?

if your planning on using it just for boiling 7 gallons there's no need for any fancy controls or to be an electrician really... For 120v theres no way you can wire it up wrong really... theres 2 power wires and the 3rd middle prong is just a ground... your going to need to insulate the kettle to get 7 gallons to boil at all with the element at 100% power and even then the boil will be very weak. you would need multiple independent 20a circuits to run 2 heaters and the cost would be very high vs using a dryer of electric stove outlet with one 240v element.
Honestly thats a crazy amount of money for something you will just end up turning on and leaving on at 100%... There are many cheaper solutions that work better like an induction system if you really dont want to bother with any DIY work.
I would look at these... there are 2500w ones for under $200 that will work for you as well but they are 208-240v
