That stuff will SNEAK the Eff up on you and la dee da you are passed out on the floor waking up next AM wondering how you got there. I must say, if you think it tastes good NOW - give it some age. I have a 4 month one in my kegerator. I have never been a true apfelwein fan - but after tasting it with some age... I might just be become a believer
