Tasting Notes
Great Kolsch taste. Dry, but not too dry.
This turned out to be a fantastic beer. A bit sweeter and better than Goose Island Summer Time imo. Very simple to do. Even fermenting at the higher end at 62 degrees, it was no problem. Perfect beer for the summer time.

6.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 100.00 %
0.50 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] (60 min) Hops 6.7 IBU

0.50 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker [4.00 %] (10 min) Hops 2.4 IBU
1 Pkgs Kolsch Yeast (Wyeast Labs #2565) Yeast-Ale

Newbie here.. how long did fermentation and bottle conditioning take at the high temp?

Noob here.
This sounds pretty good for a 1st Timer.
I have 0 temp control yet, but I have a big clean feed tub (Guestimating it's 15 gal) to keep primary fermenter in.
