I'm new to this brewing and fermenting stuff and have a beginner question. After mixing up a batch of Easy Clean, how long can I store it and expect it to be effective?

Looks like it will last for quite some time. Didn't find any definitive timeline, but I would say a few months at least. From comments on it, it looks like people only use that, but it is not a sanitizer. If you want to be sure, also have some Star-San on hand.

This is what the folks at LD Carlson say.
"We recommend making a fresh batch each time. Though it is inconvenient, it starts losing its potency after a few days even in a tightly sealed container."
