So the wife got me a cask keg (5.4 gallons) for Christmas!
She wanted to give it to me early so I could have something in it for our New Year's party.
I have a Scottish Ale and a Coffee Rye IPA in the fermenters right now that are ready to keg.
One of these is destined for the cask, but which one?
I am torn and wanted to get some input from the group.
