I brewed a Dunkelweizen extract kit yesterday afternoon with a Wyeast Activator #3056. How long should I wait to move from primary into secondary? Also, how long should I keep it in the secondary before I bottle? October 12th this Ale will be six weeks old.

Primary - Dunkelweizen
First Batch - American Pale Ale
Second Batch - American Red Ale

When you think it has stopped fermenting, take a hydrometer reading. After that you can decide either to leave it in the primary or rack to secondary. Personally, I only use my secondary carboy to make apfelwein and I let my beers clear in the primary. It's based on preference so do as you wish

+1. I have a Munich Helles 4 weeks into a 6 week fermentation/lagering in the primary. I went with this method after listening to Jamil talking about it on his show.
