Hey everyone. I'm doing an extract brew modified from BCS recipe. My recipe is below;
6.6lbs wheat LME
3.3lbs Munich LME
6oz crystal 40
6oz crystal 150
3oz carafa III dehusked
1oz Hallertau 4.7
I'm going to do a 5.5 fermenter batch. Boil for 70 minutes with the grains steeped at 160 for 40 mins. It's a dunkel whiz with a kick hopefully around 5.7 abv
I'm using 2 vials of wlp300
