Dunkelweizen Recipe

Im brewing with a guy I know on friday. He wants to do a Dunkelweizen. I made one last year with extract that came out really good. Here is a recipe I came up with in Beersmith. Any suggestions are always welcome. Do I have to step mash this one? Thanks

6.00 lb Wheat Malt, Dark (9.0 SRM) Grain 61.54 %
2.00 lb Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 20.51 %
1.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) Grain 10.26 %
0.25 lb Carafa II (412.0 SRM) Grain 2.56 %
0.25 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 2.56 %
0.25 lb Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) Grain 2.56 %
1.00 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.00 %] (60 min) Hops 14.0 IBU
1 Pkgs Weihenstephan Weizen (Wyeast Labs #3068) Yeast-Wheat

i personally would skip the crystal.

other than that, it looks fantastic.
