Dry Hopping

I'm working on a batch of American Amber. It's in the secondary where I added .5 oz Cascade leaf hops for dry hopping. How long should it sit on the hops? Also, should I rack it to a tertiary for additional clarification or just take it from the secondary to the bottling bucket for packaging? Thanks for the help.
