Dry hopping time

This zombie dust clone recipe I'm working on calls for 10 days of dry hopping 3oz's of citra. I only have access to my brew on the weekends due to work. Therefore, I am tossed to let it sit for 7 days or 14 days. What are the affects of letting it sit on the hops for too long, or not long enough?

It shouldn't make much difference, if any.........

You could throw it in the fridge to cold crash after 7 days and then the 14 days would seem like 10.
