I'm trying a BIAB IPA recipe that calls for dry hopping. I've done this before at the last 3 days of secondary. This particular recipe calls for dry hopping with Centennial and Chinook at 0 days. How do I do this? What does "0 days" mean?
 
My guess is one of 2 things, either a typo and they meant the usual 5-7 days of dry hops, or they are kegging and putting the hops in at that time, hope it helps cheers.
