Go for it. It will taste very different. But Saaz is an aromatic hop.
I made a big IPA with columbus, bravo, cascade, simcoe, amarillo. i used saaz in the aromatic at flameout and I was struck out how interesting it turned out.
Of course, I don't have a very "refined" palate or nose. I say more hops and more variety of hops, the better.

Go for it, saaz is spicy so depending on what type of ale you made is should be good. If is light and krisp then you should be able to notice it in the finished beer. I dryhopped a light ale with spalt before and it came out pretty good. If you dont like then you will know for the future. Just do it!:rockin:
