I dry hopped an American Pale Ale too early. I added the hop flowers during primary at the same time as I pitched the yeast. Should I leave things alone (it has been in primary for a week and is at the finish gravity) and rack to secondary in a week or so? Or rack to secondary now and add a new batch of hops to the secondary? When done the beer will be kegged.

I would leave it for one more week then rack to secondary. At that time give it a taste. If you think it needs more hops then order some more to throw in.

I'd leave it alone for 3 weeks. Then keg it, wait a week and dry hop. That way you get the maximum aroma.
