I have had some oxidation issues with the last couple of brews I did, and that got me looking at my process.

FTR, I do not think adding dry hops is the problem, it was an issue with my transfer to bottles. But that got me looking at things, and I started reading more about adding dry hops before fermentation finishes up. Typically I wait until fermentation is done...just cause that's the way I've always done it TBH.

What are everybody's thoughts? Not sure if it's worth it from an O2 standpoint. Are there other benefits to start dry hopping while your fermentation finishes up the last 0.04 (give or take) gravity points?
