I have an Ale I want to dry hop. Its just a simple PA with 2oz of cascade. A bit of vienna in the mix, pitched with S-05. OG 1046.

I have hops in my freezer from a group buy and an empty carboy. I want to rack to secondary and dry hop.

My question is what will go good with cascade?

1) Hallertau
2) CZ Saaz
3) Fuggles
4) E Kent Goldings.

Im thinking of dropping in another 1oz of hop goodness.

Im leaning towards the earthy tone of goldings. The only worry would be it would stomp out the cascade citrus

I'd do the goldings. I think Great Divide's Denver Pale ale is dry hoped with them and it smells awesome. A little funky and earthy and a great change of pace from the typical pale ales you find here.

Yeah I vote Goldings as well. I used 1/4oz of them in my Fuller's ESB clone for dry hopping and I enjoyed the flavor.
