I brewed an IPA that i wet hopped with 9.5 ounces of Cascade and 2.0 oz of Centennial. Steeped them for 30 minutes. Now i can't decide if i should dry hop at all. looking for suggestions?? Here is my recipe:

11 lb 2 row
.5 lb Caramel 40L

.25 oz Warrior First wort addition
1 oz Chinook @ 10 mins
1 oz CTZ @ 10
1 oz Chinook @ 5
1 oz CTZ @ 5
9.5 oz Cascade wet hops @ FO (steeped 30 mins)
2 oz Centennial wet hops @ FO (steeped 30 mins)

considering 2 oz dry hopping of either Centenniel, Chinook, or CTZ or some combination of the 3.

This all depends on if you are planning on running a secondary. IF you ARE they of course, do it! The pH of the brew pretty much make any additional microbes a non-concern from entering foreign material to the brew. If you are NOT planning a secondary then I still would UNLESS I was planning to harvest the yeast cake...

perhaps more details on your plans and bottling/keg method?

cannman, good point. i do plan on harvesting the yeast (mangrove jack m44)

homercidal, mrgrimm101, what was i thinking..!! going with dry hop addition..!!
