Dry hop in primary?

Leaving for business tomorrow - for sake of time can I add dry hops to primary after fermentation? Any issues or off flavors?

I Do it all the time, i dont save my yeast so its the only way to go. Cleaning 2 carboys suck...

From what I have read, after fermention has subsided or is complete is the time, otherwise the aroma is driven off by the co2 of fermentation.
