How can anyone so drink even think (maybe they can't even think?) about driving a car. For crying out loud, the guy can barely stand on his feet alone for more than a second.

when you're that drunk, you can't even THINK. pretty ridiculous

(not saying i haven't been there before, but that doesn't mean it's not pathetic)

I have friend who got DUI, and when they released him after booking (still drunk), the cops tossed him his car keys over the front counter. He always joked that he should have got in his car, driven throught th front window, and sued.

That was not his fault. The wall swerved right into him - there was no way he could have avoided it.

I wonder if he remembered the next day how he got such a sore face?
