I had a couple Winter Ales last week. Tasty.
Alaskan gives you the malts, hops, bitterness color, ABV and spruce tips? You could try and formulate it yourself.

I found similar info on the Drop Top Amber and came up with this recipe. I'm drinking it now. Not too bad.

5 gallons

0.50 lbs. Extra Special Malt
2.00 lbs. Honey Malt
0.50 lbs. Milk Sugar
7.00 lbs. Pale Malt(2-row)
0.75 lbs. Crystal 10L

Hops

Amount Name
0.30 oz. Magnum
0.25 oz. Simcoe

Yeast

White Labs WLP051 California Ale V
