So I tried this beer made by Widmere Brothers and damn it's sooooo good. Anybody have a good clone recipe for this one. I prefer an all grain recipe if you got one. Thanks

Widmer gives a lot of details on their site:
------------------------------
bitterness 20 IBU
alcohol by volume 5.0%
original gravity 12.25° PLATO
malts PALE, CARAMEL 10L,
EXTRA SPECIAL, HONEY MALT
hops ALCHEMY, SIMCOE
A touch of milk sugar
Fermented by an American Ale yeast
----------------------------------------
Alchemy is just a blend of high AA% hops they use for bitterness.
OG 1.049, FG 1.011

For malt something like:
88% American Pale
5% Special Roast
2.5% C10
2.5% Honey Malt
2% Lactose (although I’d wait until bottling and then add it to taste)
Mash in the low 150s

Bitter with the American hop of your choice to 20 IBUs
Add .5 oz of Simcoe near the end of the boil.

Ferment with 001/1056 or US-05.

thanks for your help. any suggestions for a hops to replace the alchemy? and how much for a 5 gallon batch?
