SWMBO's choice.

On untappd I&G categorized this as Stout/Other. The bomber SWMBO and I had of the commercial product was not a stout. The closest BCJP category would be Irish Red Ale.

I adapted my Innis & Gunn Bourbon Original recipe using the Bourbon Stout ingredients listed on the Innis & Gunn website, which has since disappeared, presumably because I&G has quit producing their Bourbon Stout. However, the I&G edited untappd description has most of that information.

But for leftovers, I switched to the delightful Barley & Vine as the not local enough HBS because the seven OHBS that I've dealt with previously did not have Whitbread Golding Variety in stock this late in the season.
