I think I'm ruined now for commercial beer lol. Made a partial mash kit from Brewers Best, a witbier. Next project is to do a pumpkin wheat =)

Ahh yes, I remember my first brew. Keep reading all the info from the great brewers here on this forum and its only going to get better. I love making wit biers, I use two kinds of yeast which make completely different beers from the same wort. What yeast did you use?
