Ok done...phew. so I made a black ipa on tues and saved a 1/2 gal of pre hopped wort. I used the spent grains for foccacia with honey butter. The wort I reduced with molasses and butter for a sauce for the ginger chocolate cake. Turned out great. I had a 50 lb halibut I broke down and steamed over a broth from the bones which I infused with comet and nelson sauvin hops. all went well and in the end Ray gave me huge props.
