Brewing a Double IPA. Im concerned about it being too sweet. I'd like a just on rhe hoppy side of balanced, not in your face . Slightly sweet, but not like a barley wine. Here's the recipe. Any comments are welcomed.

BIAB:
1.5 lbs English 2-row Pale
0.7 lbs English Wheat Malt
0.7 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L
1.3 lbs English 2-row Munich

2 oz KGoldings (Pellets, 5.9 %AA) 75 mins.
2 oz Boadicea (Pellets, 7.2 %AA) 30 mins.
2 oz Sovereign (Pellets, 5.3 %AA) 15 mins.
Yeast: Fermentis S-04 Safale S-04

7.3 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract Steep 10 minutes
0.7 lbs Table sugar. Steep 10 minutes

Vital Statistics per BeerTools.com
Original Gravity: 1.090
Terminal Gravity: 1.015
Color: 9.28 SRM
Bitterness: 91.8 IBU
Alcohol (%volume): 9.9 %
 
I'd bump up the hops a bit. You will finish low enough with that grain bill but some added IBUs would be good. I would sub in a higher AA hop at 60 minutes. Magnums are great for this use because they are super neutral. Also, not a fan of the 30 minutes addition here, I'd do 20 or 15 if you are looking for flavor and then add some aroma additions at 10, 5, or flame out.

Also, I take it you're boiling the DME and not steeping? Correct? And using two packets of yeast?
 
Yes boiling, sorry, adding most of the extract just before flameout.

Made a starter with 4+ billion yeast cells.
