Today was my first try at a two brew day. First off was Edworts Haus Pale ale. Mashed a little high 154, but that seems to be my method of operation since all of my all grains have been mashed about there. But I ended up with 5.5 in the primary at 1.045 so it was close enough for me. Next up was my version of Yoopers Dead Guy ale. Once again mashed a little high also 154. Only ended up with 5 in the primary on this one. Started in this morning at 11 and had everything cleaned and put away by 6. Not bad for my first double header. SWMBO was even kind of impressed with my day. All in all with 10gal in primarys I have to say Today was a good day
