Up at 6 this morning to fire up the brew rig. A cream stout and Ed Wort's Oktoberfest Ale on the agenda.

Mashout on the stout is underway! Things settle down I'll post some brew pron.
 
Single batch of Oatmeal Stout. Same as the last batch except a little "bigger". Instead of 2 lbs flaked oats, I used 3 and 1/4 pound more chocolate.

Looking like 85% eff right now. My record holds of never a stuck sparge. First runnings were almost like molases! First wort hops smelled Awesome.

Have fun, you are going to be tired.

13.5 gals in the brew kettle @ 1.048. (140*f)
