For those of you folks that have had this beer, I'm looking for comments.
There's a very "clean" flavor in this brown ale. It's really hard to describe, but I would love to be able to reproduce it. I believe it's yeast driven and probably the result of professional brewing practices. It makes the beer taste luscious and unique.
Anyone have any ideas?!
