Just got around to uploading the brewery. So here we go!

Dogfish Head Brewery - Milton, DE

The origional equipment they used at the brew pub. Took 3 people and 10 hours to bottle 100 cases. Thats a lot of work IMO.

Oak Aging... These are the biggest oak casks in the united states if I remember correctly. 400bbl.. wow.

Walking into the origional fermentation/aging/bright/bottling room...

Honestly it was rediculus how much capacity they had, and still only filling 25% of the orders coming in.

This is a hop back for dry hopping I assume... Cracked me up! lol

I've heard about "Sir Hops Alot" on a homebrew pod cast. It's funny to see a picture of it. Nothing like I thought it would be like. I guess I expected something stainless and shiney.
