I had posted pics a bit ago about the brew pub... Here's a link if you missed it.

Dogfish Head Brew Pub (Rehoboth Beach, DE)

Just got around to uploading the brewery. So here we go!

The origional equipment they used at the brew pub. Took 3 people and 10 hours to bottle 100 cases. Thats a lot of work IMO.

Oak Aging... These are the biggest oak casks in the united states if I remember correctly. 400bbl.. wow.

Honestly it was rediculus how much capacity they had, and still only filling 25% of the orders coming in.

I've heard about "Sir Hops Alot" on a homebrew pod cast. It's funny to see a picture of it. Nothing like I thought it would be like. I guess I expected something stainless and shiney.
