Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 at 63 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 at 63 degrees
Batch sparge at 154 and hit 80% efficiency

13 Pounds 2-row (US)
6 ounces Thomas Fawcett amber malt.

.75 Warrior hops 16.4% AA (60 minutes) 5 min equal addition until 35 min
.50 Amarillo Gold 8.5% (35 minutes) 5 min equal addition until burnout
.50 Centennial 12% (35 minutes) 5 min equal addition until burnout
1.00 Centennial 12% Dry hop
1.00 Amarillo Gold Dry hop
Whirlfloc (15 minutes left in the boil)

White Labs 007 (New pack)

Changed simcoe for Centennial due to profile of Centennial fits my taste a bit more.

Seems to be a bit less grapefruit and more orange in the IPA. Love Amarillo

Let me know what you guys think? Still fermenting now. So I'm guessing on final gravity for now.
