I just purchased the Dogfish 60 clone kit from AHS, along with the Brewvint 1% alcohol boost option.

Since I'm really looking forward to as much hop utilization and flavor as possible, do I need to adjust the hop additions at all based on adding the alcohol boost?

I'm a fairly new brewer and don't completely understand the math/science of brewing yet, so if this seems confusing I apologize =]

Don't change a thing - the Brewvint just gives the yeast more sugar to munch on (creating co2 and alcohol). AFAIK, it's just a mix of sugars (maltose and glucose) and shouldn't affect your hops at all.
