Is the wort hopped? Click to expand... Yea, it's the mocha color on top that I'm weirded out by. Did not hop. I've only ever had white frothy krausens on my starters that I can remember.

That strain is a top cropping yeast, so you'll have a nice healthy layer on top. Reminds me of Wyeast's London Ale III.
