Last time didn't have so much flat accumulation (flocculation?).

Going to continue bottling but if any reassurance could be given is appreciate it.

The brown islands look like normal yeast rafts - no concern there.

Between the islands, it looks like an oil slick. Did you use any ingredients in this one that may have contributed fatty acids, lipids, fats, etc? It could also be solvents from not rinsing the bucket well prior to filling. It could just be off-gassing.

Either way, it doesn't look like any infection I know of, and I've pretty much created them all, *mostly* on purpose :p

The oil may be from my cleaner. I used dish detergent that was unscented/undyed organic stuff. I have been using PBW instead recently.

This is my second batch and tastes much better out of the fermenter. My first batch had a somewhat chemically taste that is absent in this batch.

Everything is bottled so now it is just time to wait...
