I'm trying to take the extract version of the robust porter from "Brewing Classic Styles" and make it a PM.
Extract
8.6 lb light LME
1 lb Munich LME
1 lb crystal 40
.75 lb choc malt
.5 lb black patent malt
Here is the version I came up with for PM
6.5 lb LME
1.5 lb munich malt
2.5 lb pale malt
1 lb crystal 40
.75 lb choc malt
.5 lb black patent malt
How does this look? Thanks for any help.
