Does anyone know a Central Iowa sanitary welder?

I am considering adding a welded bulkhead to my 10 gallon stainless kettle. Without engaging in debate over whether weldless is better, does anyone know a welder/ machine shop in Central Iowa that will weld stainless without ruining it? I am thinking my next brew toy will be a counterflow chiller.
