I plan on taking a keg out of my kegerator to use it for fermenting and my keg will warm up to room temp...if I don't purge it and get it back on the gas and cold again (once the fermenter is out of there) will I still be at serving pressure or do I have to "re-carb". Thanks!

the head pressure will increase inside the keg, but so long as its sealed, that extra escaped gas will reenter the beer when it gets chilled again, so, no lost gas (unless you have a leak; remember that increased pressures will cause existing leaks to increase in size/rate).
