do i need yeast nutrient?

I have 10lbs clover honey and raisins. I also have champagne yeast.

Is 10 lbs honey sufficient enough for 4 gallons.

That's enough for about 3 gallons, so with the raisins all you need is 3 cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks and 3 oranges + bread yeast, then bingo a 3 gallon batch of Joes Ancient Orange mead (leave the champagne yeast in the packet for something else - its rubbish for making JAOM).
