As a dry hop edition, instead of leaf hops during late fermentation, a hop extract would be added. Or even a eye dropper to add individual servings to a glass? Has anyone used any with good results?

okay, heck yeah. My friend and I have experimented with this. And, with good results. actually, very good results.
you have to plan ahead, and, infuse vodka.

The oils work better than boiling vodka and adding hops. and when put in a .75 oz shot glass, the results are actually pretty impressive. WE are playing with Citra and I think Cascade. I'll update when we do it again, but I had a beer that was okay, and was totally kick ass with it..
