DME /Corn Sugar

Hi All,
I'm short on ingredients at the moment. Just Wondering:
Is it possible to use half & half with a kit, I.E 1 pound of Light DME & 1 pound of corn sugar with a stout kit or would it be better to use 2 pounds of corn sugar & keep DME for next brew?

What's the kit? 1pound dme and 1pound corn sugar is barely enough to make a small batch of beer.

Not enough info, tell us what ingredients you have in all. Is this an AG brew that you want bring up to a certain gravity?

Hi seefresh,
MountMellick Irish Stout Kit- Says 1 kg of corn sugar on the Instructions. Was going to use 500g DME & the rest corn sugar but maybe I should wait for another delivery of DME?

Try to NOT use that much dextrose in any recipe if you don't have to....wait for more DME....
