Afthe the structure it's done You need to Buy or to source the parts for the condenser, a condenser needs this minimum pieces to work:
1 lbp compresor on the size You want your chiller
1 condenser heat exchanger
1 dryier filter with high side port
1 expantion capillar or TVX
1 1/4 pitch Port for the compresor and for the evaporador You Will need something about 30ft copper tubing 3/8 or 1/2 diámeter

Next for the hardware:
Some plastic bucket about 5 or 10 gallons this would be our glycol reservoir,
1 termostat, this could be any programable thermostat like the ink bird or any You that could support the compresor of your choice
