Hi

I have some light spray malt to add to my beer as priming sugar. I understand it is best to dissolve in boiling water instead of adding direct to your beer.

Instructions say to use 85g, so how much water do I use to dissolve into?

Thanks

Doing a quick conversion for those of us stuck in the dark ages, 85g should be about 1/4 cup,,,,I think. So, I would dissolve it in about 1 cup of water. The amount of water doesn't really matter much. That is until you get such a large volume that you are diluting your finely-crafted beer.
