Tasting Notes
Malty, rustic and earthy, this is a very quaffable IPA and my best batch to date.
Forgive the metric :) Will need to be converted for those south of the Canadian border.

This IPA batch attenuated at 70%, however I did not aerate super well... it may attenuate higher with proper aeration. I have had this finish at 1.016 with better aeration.
