I have a SF-800 digital temp controller than came built into a chest freezer, and I am having trouble understanding the settings parameters, it is now cycling quite high and causing quite a bit of water on bottom of freezer (thank goodness for black stoppers).
Here is a like to a pdf I found http://www.brewmart.com.au/brewmart-shop/PDF/ITEMS/18700-sf800.pdf
Mine is in (F) not (C), but I do not understand what a good range for the defaults should be
What is confusing me is there is a (set temperature)
Then an E1 Lower temp //is this the low cut off?
Then an E2 Higher Temp //is this the high turn on?
Then an E3 Temp Hysteresis // is this the temp diff above or below the set temp to turn on?
Then an E4 Comp. Delay // how long to wait after comp just turned off to turn back on?
Then an E5 Offset Room Temp // temp offset of probe to be accurate?
This is a serving temp controller, I'm just not understanding this.
